How long it takes
Allow a full morning for a group. Each additional face is roughly forty-five minutes, and the order matters: whoever is photographed first is finished last.
What fails first, and how it is prevented
Group bookings fail on scheduling rather than on technique. A face done three hours before the photographer arrives has already moved, so the running order is built backwards from the first photograph.
What Temara adds to it
Rabat gives its name to the lebssa r'batia and to the golden rabati embroidery style. The regional signature is refined line and understated luxury — a courtly restraint shaped by the city's administrative and royal circles rather than by display.
The metal question. Rabati embroidery is gold, so the palette runs warm. The difference from Fès is intensity rather than temperature — less of everything, placed more precisely.
