How to blend eyeshadow perfectly
Small circular motions with a clean fluffy brush, working light to dark, and stopping before you think you should.

How to do it
- Start with the transition shade and build the depth into it, never the reverse.
- Use a clean brush for blending, separate from the one carrying colour.
- Move in small circles at the edge of the colour, not through the middle of it.
- Add depth in thin layers rather than trying to soften a heavy one.

Warm shades blend more forgivingly on olive and deeper skin than cool ones, which tend to look muddy at the edge rather than soft.

Over-blending, which turns a shaped eye into a grey smudge. Stop while the placement is still readable.
