When to use it

After foundation, not before — foundation first evens the overall tone and you discover you need far less concealer than you thought.

On Moroccan skin, in a Moroccan climate

On the depth range common here, under-eye darkness is frequently pigment rather than shadow, and pigment must be corrected before it is covered.

The rule that runs through every product on this site: check undertone, not just depth. Most Moroccan skin is olive or golden, and a neutral or pink-based product greys within the hour however precisely the depth matches. And for any long event, set in thin successive passes rather than one heavy layer — accumulated product slides in coastal humidity, while product laid down thinly stays.

What it will not do

Covering pigment on its own. A light concealer over pigment turns the area ashy, every time.

The most common mistake

Using more when it is not working. If it looks grey, the answer is correction underneath, not another layer.
